TINEFFA NAISSO OF FRENCH GUIANA IS THE NEW MISS CARAIBES HIBISCUS 2010
Tineffa Naisso of French Guiana is the new Miss Caraibes Hibiscus 2010. She was crowned on December 4th in Saint Martin. The 1st runner-up was Miss Venezuela, and the 2nd runner-up was Miss Dominica.
It was the pageant’s 20th edition.
