I belong to a family consisting of 7 girls and one boy. My childhood was really simple. I attended a very small school that had only three pupils. And when I won Miss Earth Martinique, I couldn't believe how a tomboy like me could be a star on stage wearing a princess gown and a crown on my head. I couldn't stop crying.
Describe your childhood when you were growing up from 8 to 13 years old.
During my growing years I was in a very, very, little school with one teacher for several levels. In my section, there were only three pupils, two boys and me. One of these boys , Angel, is still my best friend.
At home my sisters and me built sheds with my father's planks and bric-a-brac. Nervous, daddy Roger got back all his materials but the day after Larissa, Raissa, Gwénaelle and me- Christine, made a new beautiful house for our dolls and cats.
What lessons did you learn from your childhood/growing years?
In order to meet success you must reach your goal. You need for that determination and a will of iron and failure is just a step a lesson to learn what you miss to get success.
What is your most memorable moment?
The most memorable moment was when I won my crown of Miss Earth Martinique. I could not understand that me, a real tomboy was on the stage with a princess gown and a crown on my head. I could not stop my tears.
What is your environmental advocacy?
The protection and preservation of corals.
