Wyol Cheon: The 24 stones in the 1st base section of 12 large stones are place in a square signify the 12 lunar month in a calendric year. There is actually only 362 stone in Cheomseongdae. Missing information is that each side of the square-well-shaped stone on the top of Cheomseongdae directs accurately towards the north, south, east and west. Moreover, the window rightly heads towards the south, having light shining directly to the bottom of Cheomseongdae in the spring and autumn equinoxes while disappearing in the winter and summer solstices, enabling accurate divisions of the four seasons.

Mi Shil said that people wants & strive demands on this mythical fantasy. Deok Man said that she will not do that; she will give the people aspiring hope. Mi Shil doubt the so called hope for the people
