電影金馬獎揭曉 黃渤、李冰冰分獲最佳男女主角
第四十六屆臺灣電影金馬獎２８日晚在臺北縣揭曉，大陸女演員李冰冰因在年度大片《風聲》中的精彩演技榮獲最佳女主角；在最佳男主角獎項上，金馬獎首次頒出“雙黃蛋”，由香港演員張家輝（《證人》）、大陸演員黃渤（《鬥牛》）共同獲得。
第四十六屆金馬獎頒獎典禮將於2009年11月28日舉行。
當 天將由評審團選出二十一個影片及個人獎項得主，其中影片部分包括最佳劇情片、創作短片、紀錄片及動畫長片；個人獎則有最佳導演、男主角、女主角、男配角、 女配角、新演員、原著劇本、改編劇本、攝影、剪輯、音效、動作設計、視覺效果、原創電影音樂、原創電影歌曲、美術設計、造型設計；以及年度台灣傑出電影、 年度台灣傑出電影工作者兩個特別獎項。
在評審團決議之外，還有觀眾票選最佳影片獎、國際影評人費比西獎這兩個固定辦理的會外獎。以及由各電影工（公）會推舉、執行委員會投票選出的終身成就獎、特別貢獻獎等兩項特別獎。
第46屆金馬獎報名簡章自即日起可於官方網站下載，自 8 月 3 日 至 8 月 31 日間受理報名。入圍名單暫訂於10月7 日公佈，並於 11 月 28 日 金馬獎頒獎典禮揭曉得獎名單。The 46th Golden Horse Awards Ceremony will be held on 28th Nov. 2009.
There are in total twenty-three awards selected by the Golden Horse Awards Jury, including two special awards. The award categories are: Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best Documentary, and Best Animation Feature. Individual Awards are given to Best Director, Best Leading Actor/Actress, Best Supporting Actor/Actress, Best New Performer, Best Original Screenplay, Best Screenplay Adaptation, Best Cinematography, Best Visual Effects, Best Art Direction, Best Make-up & Costume Design, Best Action Choreography, Best Original Film Score, Best Original Film Song, Best Film Editing, and Best Sound Effects. Special awards include Best Taiwanese Film of the Year and Best Taiwanese Filmmaker of the Year.
Two of the awards presented at the Ceremony are not selected by the jury: the Audience Choice Award and the FIPRESCI Prize. The Lifetime Achievement Award and the Special Tribute Award, voted by the executive committee of individual film associations, will also be presented.
The entry form is now available at www.goldenhorse.org.tw. Submissions are open from August 3rd to August 31st. The nominations will be announced on October 7th, and the winners will be awarded at the Ceremony on November 28th.
