Goo Joon Pyo wakes in a clutter of noise as he was left alone to sleep, thinking it was his own house, he asks for silence then realise after all he is in Geun Jan Di’s house, as he comes out there is a full spread of dishes on the breakfast table that is fit for a King. Na Gong Joo even addresses Goo Joon Pyo as son in law as he uses her hands to feed Goo Joon Pyo in his bowl. A person like Goo Joon Pyo with his hygiene hypothesis chokes his food on Na Gong Joo using her hands to put food on his bowl. Geum Kang San wanting Goo Joon Pyo to come to their house often as the food they are having is not as lavish even on holidays. Goo Joon Hee having breakfast as Madam Kang comes in to finds Goo Joon Pyo absent. Goo Joon Hee makes an excuse that Goo Joon Pyo is still sleeping. Madam Kang asks Butler Lee to call him for breakfast but Goo Joon Hee asks that he is left alone to sleep off. Butler Lee said that Goo Joon Pyo was up late with the members of F4. Madam Kang thinks that her son is so childish to hang out with those kids. Goo Joon Hee remarks what with those kids, she is really glad that her brother had the joy to be in company of such bosom friends. Madam Kang said that the heir apparent of Shinhwa doesn’t need friends. Madam Kang reiterated that the person in his position that he is not on par with anybody must be cold hearted & ruthless & only have the support of his family as his refuge. Madam Kang asks her daughter, she still doesn’t get that message through. Goo Joon Hee said that she rather sleep than you remember her mother so call ed philosophy. Geums family’s activity, kimchi making, as they had fun making kimchi. Goo Joon Pyo finds it fun to see ordinary life of common people as Goo Joon Pyo joins in & begins to enjoy himself. Geum Jan Di glad that Goo Joon Pyo is enjoying himself tremendously Then mixing as they feed each other to find if the kimchi is the correct consistency. Na Gong Joo feels Goo Joon Pyo to have a try & taste, then Geum Jan Di feeds it to Goo Joon Pyo then mouthful & mouth into Goo Joon Pyo’s mouth. Yoon Ji Hoo in the school swimming pool that is empty & pondering then recalls his fishing trip with Geum Jan Di & their happy times in New Caledonia. Yoon Ji Hoo leaves the swimming pool with a paper fold origami of a boat left on the swimming pool
Na Gong Joo sneaks her family in to the sauna bath house where she works with Goo Joon Pyo. Goo Joon Pyo has his back wash that is torturous in pain as Geum Il Bong does a thorough scrub, then in reverse order. The men folk are having fun at the bath house& bonding session. Then they go to have some fish sticks after the bath. It is the 1st time Goo Joon Pyo is having it in his life & finds it delicious & ended eating many sticks taking 3 sticks at one eating that was costly to Geum Il Bong to pay
Goo Joon Pyo reminiscence a fine he had with the Geums & giggle to himself as So Yi Jung & Song Woo Bin looking at the silly Goo Joon Pyo laughing to himself. Goo Joon Pyo asks his friend whether they had make kimchi or ever went to the bath house to be back scrub by another person or even fish cake stick. Goo Joon Pyo asks them if they have enjoys what life is all about. So Yi Jung said that he likes Goo Joon Pyo better when he was before. Song Woo Bin is afraid of the Geum Jan Di than Madam Kang on her influence on Goo Joon Pyo
Geum Jan Di practices her swimming laps & Yoon Ji Hoo is waiting for her outside the pool. Yoon Ji Hoo asks that a lot have been bothering Geum Jan Di is it because of Goo Joon Pyo. Geum Jan Di coughing & sniffles as she is down with a flu. Yoon Ji Hoo notice her illness then wraps him up with his hat. Yoon Ji Hoo advice her not to avoid matter as it was the 1st advice she gave him before, avoidance is a coward way to do. Yoon Ji Hoo said that Goo Joon Pyo deserve the least a chance. Geum Jan Di said it is really tiring to drag Goo Joon Pyo around her in Goo Joon Pyo’s world. Yoon Ji Hoo said there is no such things as his or her world, there is only a world where he & her exist. Yoon Ji Hoo said isn’t her expertise to drag Goo Joon Pyo by his nose like a laden. Geum Jan Di thanks & accept Yoon Ji Hoo’s advice. Yoon Ji Hoo has her gloves but didn’t return back to her.
Goo Joon Pyo pacing & agitating as Song Woo Bin asks Goo Joon Pyo to 1st person to make that call to Geum Jan Di. So Yi Jung asks him to think it twice before making the call as a sign that he gives in to her 1st & forever will be under her thumb. Goo Joon Pyo resists as he hold out in not making the call. The friends marks him as having Geum jan Di withdrawal symptoms & the tonic in seeping through his body . Geum Jan Di calls as Goo Joon Pyo acts high & mighty & not the least bothered then he leaks that he was counting that she didn’t call him for 3 day & 13 hours in which he lead the cat out of the bag. Then suggestion to go on a double date & Goo Joon Pyo is not please. Why contemplating whether to go, So Yi Jung volunteers as he know that the another couple is Chu Ga Eul & it raise his curiousity
Chu Ga Eul & Geum jan Di waiting for their dates. Geum Jan Di predicts that Goo Joon Pyo will not turn up. Chu Ga Eul asks why is she waiting here then. Geum Jan Di excuse she wanted to see Chu Ga Eul’s date looks like. Then Goo Joon Pyo comes like he met them by coincidence. Geum Jan Di doesn’t think his act up is funny. Goo Joon Pyo is upset that she has such curiousity in someone else date. Goo Joon Pyo gate crash into the date & asks whether his company is welcome or else he will carry on with his business. Chu Ga Eul asks to agree to makes them a foursome. Geum Jan Di is reluctant over a bad feeling & Goo Joon Pyo complaints that Chu Ga Eul’s date is late but gets hiss by Geum Jan Di. Chu Ga Eul will call her date to find out his location. Geum Jan Di was kind of please to see Goo Joon Pyo in the date.
The rest of the F4 member in the shooting range that Goo Joon Pyo had a no show. Yoon Ji Hoo won the bets of his no show. Chu Ga Eul finally came very late. Chu Ga Eul makes a remark on Goo Joon Pyo’s curls that it looks like French croissant. Geum Jan Di & Chu Ga Eul is shocks at the date’s passing remark & even takers a picture of Goo Joon Pyo with his cellular camera to souvenior. Geum Jan Di apologise to him & asks shall they adjourned somewhere else but Goo Joon Pyo insist to go through the double date to see what it is like. Goo Joon Pyo takes Geum Jan Di by his arm & walks. Arcade game, Chu Ga Eul’s date was skill in getting the toys for her, while Goo Joon Pyo tries in many effort fails. The date want to give a toy to Geum Jan Di but Goo Joon Pyo reject the offer. Geum Jan Di got excited with the next door since Goo Joon Pyo could manage to get a single toy
Then had meals in a grill tavern where it is smoky & oily. Goo Joon Pyo asks why are they in this strange establishment. The date said it is the 1st time he had been to these places to eat internal organs. Goo Joon Pyo instantly became nauseous. The date asks Geum Jan Di to reconsider about Goo Joon Pyo as to say that Goo Joon Pyo is not normal. Geum Jan Di tries to change the subject. Chu Ga Eul said that it is delicious than what it seems. The date dares Goo Joon Pyo that he can’t stomach to eat this things. Goo Joon Pyo takes a bite & Geum Jan Di & Chu Ga Eul was concern as the date provokes Goo Joon Pyo. Goo Joon Pyo warns him & mentioned one of his proverb in which he had it in the wrong order, where the date laughs. Goo Joon Pyo stood up already clenching his fist ready to strike any minute. Goo Joon Pyo walks out of the tavern
Goo Joon Pyo had a nice time in the ice skating rink as they holds hands around the rink. Geum Jan Di didn’t have her gloves on, Goo Joon Pyo went to warm her hands, then puts her hand into his pocket to keep warm. Goo Joon Pyo invites her to do the next time in Paris’ Champs Elysees. Then the date asks Goo Joon Pyo to go & get coffee for the ladies & drag him away. Chu Ga Eul apologise to Geum Jan Di for her date being a jerk. Chu Ga Eul is happy that Goo Joon Pyo is trying hard to adapt with Geum Jan Di in his own way & approve of him. Then they find why the men are taking so long with the coffee then goes to find them only to find, Goo Joon Pyo beating the date up. Goo Joon Pyo said that he doesn’t need a reason to beat someone up & advice Chu Ga Eul to find a better person than her date. Geum Jan Di asks Goo Joon Pyo to apologise or else it is over for them. Goo Joon Pyo walks away with Geum jan Di calling out to him to stop. The date doesn’t know why he was being hit. It seems that the date was 2 timing
Geum Jan Di & Chu Ga Eul went out for ice cream. Chu Ga Eul that she didn’t heard from her date again not answering her call & text messages. Geum Jan Di is apologetic. Chu Ga Eul said that Goo Joon Pyo wouldn’t do this without his reasons, they must be something amiss that Goo Joon Pyo was patient with him & took in all his remarks. Geum Jan Di still wants Goo Joon Pyo to apologise on her honour & she will get that apology. Geum Jan Di comes to the F4 club then did a pass the relay message. Geum Jan Di asks Goo Joon Pyo to apologise as he has cause hurt to her friend Chu Ga Eul, but Goo Joon Pyo said that she thanked her for getting rid of that trash of a bastard. It is because of his action that Chu Ga Eul is get hurt in the process. Goo Joon Pyo shouldn’t have start this because he know all too well that there are not in his league & neither does he able to fit in theirs. The rest of the F4 members suddenly finds that they relationship is starting to strained with the exchanges especially Yoon Ji Hoo. Geum Jan Di leaves after stating her case. So Yi Jung asks Goo Joon Pyo to give chase all else it will end for them. Goo Joon Pyo can only vent his anger by throwing things
Geum Jan Di after her swimming, her flu is getting worst as she sneezes loudly & really feeling lousy with a running nose. Yoon Ji Hoo comes & tell her that he had predicted correctly she will catch a flu. In the stairs case, while Geum Jan Di is sneezing away. Geum Jan Di asks how did he knew she will be at the pool. Yoon Ji Hoo said that he know that when she is troubled to come to the pool to swim it off, so that it is the conclusion. Geum Jan Di doesn’t want to hear it is about Goo Joon Pyo that Yoon Ji Hoo comes bearing the olive branch to make peace Goo Joon Pyo, she will not have it. Yoon Ji Hoo is just handing her medication then some medical advice that someone who does dried her hair properly will catch cold, but there is someone he knows that is doing this everyday. Then Yoon Ji Hoo said that when a boy likes a girl there is not what if but a real reason to the matter. Geum jan Di doesn’t understand what he is implying but Yoon Ji Hoo said that it is from his experience so it is worth believing. Yoon Ji Hoo leaves
Geum Jan Di drags Chu Ga Eul out to find her date then finds her date is two timer & speaking foul about Goo Joon Pyo. The real reason that he wanted to introduce her gorl friend who was to marry a Chaebol to Goo Joon Pyo as the Date belittle Geum Jan Di & Chu Ga Eul, Goo Joon Pyo beats him up. Then the date notices them & Geum Jan Di asks whether he was speaking the truth. The date takes no notice & doesn’t even acknowledge their existence. The date complaints that Chi Ga Eul is acting like a stalker. Then Geum jan Di in her anger, she gave the date a tornado kick then warns that if he ever appear in front of them ever again, it will be his death. Then shout at the lady friend to go home. Chu Ga Eul is relief about what has happened. This mean that Goo Joon Pyo had good intention in what he did beating up the date. Geum Jan Di console Chu Ga Eul but she asks Geum Jan Di to go & apologise to Goo Joon Pyo instead for her misunderstanding. Chu Ga Eul asks her to do it soon, so that Chu Ga Eul doesn’t feel so guilty. Geum jan Di asks whether Chu Ga Eul will be alright alone. Chu Ga Eul assures her. Geum Jan Di parted as she runs
So Yi Jung starting to have his own set of family feuds that sadden him very much. So Yi Jung’s father So Hyun Sub has a rovering eyes, & his mother is suicidal due to his liaisons. So Yi Jung stops his father’s liaisons lady over her smudge lipstick & tell her that she is 4th person this year. So Yi Jung walks away & is really upset about his father’s behaviour. Chu Ga Eul walking wanderlessly after knowing the truth about her date being a jerk. So Yi Jung notice Chu Ga Eul walking in the street from his car as she sat down & started to weep. So Yi Jung contemplated for a while & asks the car to stop. So Yi Jung approaches her to say that she is a little overage to be crying in the street. So Yi Jung tries to cheer her up but ended making matter worst. Passer by thinks that it is So Yi Jung that makes her cry as she is already wailing loudly
At the club house, Yoon Ji Hoo playing guitar as Goo Joon Pyo & Song Woo Bin is playing cards. Yoo Joon Pyo asks whether Goo Joon Pyo whether he got back together with Geum Jan Di. Goo Joon Pyo will want her to be on her hands & knees before that happened. Goo Joon Pyo said that he did a good deed to get rid of the jerk & was not appreciated. By now Geum jan Di had come & Song Woo Bin & Yoon Ji Hoo already knew her presence. Yoon Ji Hoo said that he doesn’t want to see her even if Geum Jan Di is now here. Goo Joon Pyo will not let matter rest so easily. Song Woo Bin asks Geum Jan Di to leave as Goo Joon Pyo is still reluctant. Geum Jan Di apologise & about to leave. Goo Joon Pyo with the speed of light get up to stop her & asks her to state her case of coming here. Geum Jan Di asks to accept her Apple (apology & apple in Korean are the same sounding). Song Woo Bin & Yoon Ji Hoo is glad as Goo Joon Pyo takes her apple. Goo Joon Pyo said that it is not enough then Geum Jan Di asks what is she supposed to do? Goo Joon Pyo asks for 3 wishes then pass the apple to Song Woo Bin. Geum Jan Di tries to bargain for less but had to accept the terms. Geum Jan Di asks him to state his 3 wishes within one minutes starting from now & got Goo Joon Pyo off guard. As Geum Jan Di does a count down of the seconds. The Goo Joon Pyo asks Geum Jan Di to say “Oppa, I have done wrong” cutely. Geum Jan Di finds it too goose bumps to say it but Goo Joon Pyo insist of hearing it that way. Then Geum Jan Di shouted that she can’t do & will not do it then walks out. Goo Joon Pyo asks for Geum Jan Di’s apple back from Song Woo Bin, then in turn threw it to Yoon Ji Hoo who then takes a bite at the apple. Goo Joon Pyo grabs it back to say how can Yoon Ji Hoo eats his apology/apple. Goo Joon Pyo eats the apple
So Yi Jung gives advice to be stronger from the lesson of the ceramic that may look fragile but get be hardy inside. So Yi Jung drop the ceramic on the floor but it doesn’t break. It is all down to the method it was made & the temperature it was kiln at. Then if they are flaws in the ceramics then it is reject & destroy. So Yi Jung hammers the ceramic. Chu Ga Eul was take a fright the So Yi Jung show her the broken pieces. So Yi Jung said to be strong you have to go through these process. Chu Ga Eul understands what his lesson is all about & thanked him for the lesson. So Yi Jung invited Chu Ga Eul out as he also had a bad day today. So Yi Jung takes her out. So Yi Jung takes Chu Ga Eul to do her hair in a saloon as he waits for her then onwards to make up. Chu Ga Eul is pleased with the outcome as she feels confidence on her new look. It is then to shopping of wardrobes. So Yi Jung chooses & asks her to try it on. Chu Ga Eul comes out shy as So Yi Jung gives a thumb’s up to her. So Yi Jung takes her to the club then finds her date with a lady companion. Then So Yi Jung makes his appearance in the dance floor where cheers from the woman. The date lady companion could recognise So Yi Jung instantly. Obviously the date have never heard of F4. SO Yi Jung approaches the date & his lady companion. So Yi Jung takes the lady companion away. The date notice Chu Ga Eul but from the back with her make over. So Yi Jung goes to the stage to take a saxophone to play & tells the audience that is someone who had stole his heart tonight. He is going to play for her from his heart. (I am afraid it is the wrong saxophone from the background music). Lady companion is so taken by the serenade as she think it is her
Geum Jan Di walks out after her apology then muttering to herself find all the sudden lights came on. Geum Jan Di is surprise to see Goo Joon Pyo in from of her. Geum Jan Di knew that he had accepted her apology & tries to create the mood like Champ Elysees for her. Goo Joon Pyo ask her whether she like it & she replied it is pretty like Christmas. Goo Joon Pyo said what is so happy about Christmas, Geum Jan Do asks when he was really happy, he answered he never once was happy in his memory. Recalls that his Christmas was with the servants & alone & receiving Christmas cards from his parents when he was a child then throw tantrums. Geum Jan Di upon listening gave out a sigh. Goo Joon Pyo yearns for the kimchi he made in her house & also wishes her mother to de-bone the fish for him to eat then the fish cake sticks that her father buy for him to eat was delicious. Goo Joon Pyo never knows what was family but after seeing hers, he is slowly getting to feel what family is. Goo Joon Pyo asks whether he can go to her house again. Geum Jan Di said he never once needed her permission. Goo Joon Pyo said that he is serious that he wishes to go to her house & honestly he want to go there every day if possible. Then Goo Joon Pyo kisses Geum Jan Di
